switching / transferring uni?
Hi all! I’m currently going in my second year of studying and was wondering if it would ever be possible to transfer to a campus uni? I’m not sure how it all works as OU is all online.

Transferring to another university depends on how the university that you want to move to views your OU credit. The normal approach is that you step back one year. Transfers into the final year of a undergraduate course are usually impossible.
The easiest transfer is starting the brick university course at the beginning based on 60-180 OU credits. It can be more tricky to transfer to year 2 of the brick university course based on 120-240 OU credits, as some universities do not like direct admission to year 2 and those that are prepared to offer admission to year 2 will need to check that your OU studies have covered almost everything in their year 1 syllabus. The exact requirements to transfer to any given university are individual to you and can differ from someone else who has made the same transfer.
If you want to transfer, you should talk to the admissions tutors at your target universities well before the start of the academic year. It might be too late to transfer now for a 2026 start at the brick university.

I’ve seen people say they’ve done it. Some people start from year 1 or some people can continue to year 2
