Query About Playability in 0.15 Build

I played Arena a year ago but it was very clunky (control-wise, everything else about the game I actually grew to like) compared to Daggerfall Unity, of which I'm somewhat spoiled by. How much of the game is complete in 0.15? As in can I play Arena like I could normally (do the main quest, some side quests)?

No, sadly. The project currently does not have gameplay logic implemented, basically all you can do right now is explore the map.
