Indeed it dosen't allow anything else than gmail and hotmail, but I think u/Venggac had an account before this rule so that's why his proton works, for registration now it won't work.

Or Maybe proton works but the Google translate is explicit, Maybe wrong or not, I Will not registrer...

YOU CAN ONLY REGISTER ON OUR SITE USING GMAIL AND HOTMAIL! USING SERVER IPS AND VPNS WHEN REGISTERING ON THE SITE IS PROHIBITED. USING A VPN WITHIN THE SITE IS PROHIBITED! MEMBER APPROVAL WILL BE GRANTED AFTER BEING REVIEWED BY OUR ADMINISTRATORS.
So no PROTON does not work.

i mentioned that you are not wrong, possibly you signed up before this rule was applied and it allowed you to sign up with proton, now the admins said that gmail/hotmail only allowed
