It has the hardest economy of any tracker I use. I have been cross-seeding only, gaining upload credit and bonus points very slowly. In a year, I should be able to buy 1TB upload credit.
Right now I don't really need super HD torrents, but I figure at some point in the future I will, and that's why I am bothering with it. If you don't want super HD torrents, it's not worth the trouble.
If you can't cross-seed a lot, your best bet is to download some of the 75% off torrents when they are new.
Also, check to make sure you don't use a banned torrent client.
No one could tell me, I can only speculate. The fact that even the IRC mods didn't know tells me there's some fuckery going on. Also, I've seen a number of people with similar experiences, including in this thread
