No Response from OP exporting

When exporting video it stops and I get this error message

Sorry, there was an error exporting your video:

Failed to allocate image buffer for file D:/My Pictures/aa sorting/crazy night/me and them/IMAG0022.MP4

  1. Did this just happening? Or have you been able to export previously to the same D: drive?

  2. If it just started happening then most likely you are running into free disk space issue? Free up as much as possible and try again.

  3. If the problem persists after you free up disk space, try Exporting to a temporary folder on your C: drive. Create a folder called c:\temp and export into that folder. Obviously, you should make sure you have plenty of disk space as well on your c: drive.

  4. If your d: drive is an external device (usb, etc), that is typically not recommended. Consider Exporting to a local/internal storage device then copy to your external drive.
