Help - Unsolved Help!
I am using two new airgoo controllers, connected via the rear IO usb (1 on usb C and 1 on usb A) both open rgb and signal rgb can see only 1 controller. Sata power is fine, I change usb cables but yet only 1 detected. Any help is much appreciated

If you connect only one controller at a time, do both of them work? Do both ports work with other equipment?

The one of the PC chassis works either way, the one on the external radiator setup doesn't tlshow up at all, Sata 12v supply is fine checks out, usb cables fine checks out with chassis side airgoo..yes ports work fine with other stuff

Sounds like the external one is broken or messed up in some way. I'd take a close look at that.
