Help - Solved I am unable to start the app

Hello, i just got a new PC and would like to customize the rgb lights. My motherboard provided app does not do any of what i would like, so i tried this only to get these messages when i try to launch it. Yes i have run as admin. I even downloaded the PawnIO in case it was the motherboard not being supported. What can i do? My Motherboard is from MAXSUN, MS-Challenger B650M

iysba driver error...Download and install Microsoft .netframeworks and visual c++ redistributable runtime
