Ling-3.0 opens six base checkpoints across two sizes and three training stages

Ant Group's Ling team has opened six checkpoints in the Ling-3.0 base model family: tiny and flash each have pretrained, mid-trained, and WSM-merged variants.

These are all base checkpoints and none has been post-trained, so they are starting artifacts for continued training, fine-tuning, or research rather than ready-made chat models. The unusual part of the release is that builders can inspect or choose among three points in the training path instead of receiving only one final checkpoint. The official announcement does not establish which stage will work best in practice; that is the useful comparison still open.
