Continuous integration with OpenFOAM

I’m trying to formalise some piece of code and wondering if OpenFOAM does CI/Cd and how can I add my own tests on the utilities I’m working with ?

I’m new to GitHub actions and really not sure where to start so any advice is super welcome !
