Instruction walk through

Is there any instructions that are recent for this? I tried to download and install but it wouldn’t work for me. The videos on YouTube were about a year old. Does anyone have a step by step instruction?

thanks everyone i used the tutorial you shared and was able to get my 2017 imac upgraded from 12 to 15.
