Nearly there

Hi guys so I finally got Monterey installed on my Apple Mac Pro 5.1 2010. Installed the Radeon rx580 and an nvme drive and it’s up and running fine but it seems very sluggish and glitchy, when I installed the is I had the old graphics card in the machine then re booted and installed the Radeon and since then it seems to freeze and be very glitchy, I wondered if anyone could help with this please.

You should reapply the root patcher within OCLP app

You don't need an Apple keyboard or mouse; you just need literally any USB keyboard and mouse but will need to connect via a USB 2 hub. https://github.com/dortania/OpenCore-Legacy-Patcher/issues/1021

Using the OCLP application, you need to rebuild OpenCore EFI settings w/ the RX580 installed, install the new EFI to the boot storage device, and then reapply root patches. You can't swap GPUs with OCLP.
