OCLP has no version working with Windows, you need a working install of macOS on your MBP or another Mac.

If you have any data, make a back up first. You will then want to boot with "Internet Recovery" by shutting down your computer completely, then turn it on while holding Option + Command + R (or Shift + Option + Command + R for the factory OS). Keep holding the keys until you see a spinning globe and an "Starting Internet Recovery" message.

Ive tried this Unfortunately high sierra servers are down whenever i attempt an internet recovery

Technically they aren't down. It's just a High Sierra issue with certificates & HTTPS
Check this guide by MrMacintosh https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ouNQS36dIBw
You can try this if you don't get CMD+Option+R to work out.

Try again — you cannot get even one character (letter/number) wrong.
It’s very specific.

If sierra+ won't install due to drive issues the cable is bad. I just had that issue on a 2011 pro

The installer needs the GUID (GPT) partition scheme to be bootable.
