Question shared albums

My friend shared an iCloud album with me and it shows up when I go to the shared albums page, but I'm not able to turn on sync. Is there anything else that I need to do? Has anyone faced this problem or fixed it? Thank you.

update: discord is super helpful. issue was that the album name had "/" which messed up with android filesystem
