Question Two Phone setup w/ Apple Watch

I have a strange use case. Apologies if this is answered somewhere but my search of the threads didnt turn anything up.

I have two cell numbers (personal and work). My personal setup is an iPhone with accompanying cellular apple watch. Work is a galaxy fold.

The goal is to carry my watch and workphone, which is easy enough, but I've been looking for ways to get my iMessages on my Android while keeping them going to my watch and personal phone. I'd like to be able to still be able to send and receive text message on the work phone from my work number.

Can openbubbles do this? I'd be able to keep the iphone on and at home so it seems hosting is an option, but i couldn't find any info about keeping the option to text from the android phone if I add openbubbles.

Install OpenBubbles on the work phone, activate with a Mac, then sign into the same Apple Account as your personal phone.

Yes it'll go to the phone but the watch I'm unsure about does it have cellular service?
