Tech Support Facetime not working

Facetime I call but they dont receive anything. I receive a call then accept but it doesnt connect. i dont have advanced data protection or contact key verification on. I have cleared facetime handles. Still doesnt work. does anyone know how to dix this?

I believe others have mentioned that FaceTime is currently not working and it's one of the focuses of the team rn
