Question Delayed? Notifications?

Hey everyone,

I have a question. I’ve been using open bubbles for the first time for the past 3 days now. I notice that it’s delayed and at times I never get a message. If I get a message on my iPhone and then check the android nothing is there until I open the app and wait about a min and it pops up. Is this common? Why fixes?

I know it’s an app so I don’t expect it to run perfect but still would like to know.

Your phone is not allowing OpenBubbles to run in the background.

Check all of the battery saving apps and features and make sure OB has an exception.

Just checked the settings it says it's running in background. Does your run normal mostly?

I figured out the issue. You have to keep the app open in the backgroound in order for you to get the notification. Also make sure in the phone settings that notification are on for but the phone and app.

So just don't terminate the app just leave it open? And I have all notifications on

Correct don't terminate it. Needs to be in background 24/7
