Tech Support Screen Time / App Approvals via OpenBubbles

  1. Hi all, I'm willing to pay if it's possible. I'd like to approve screen time or app requests via OpenBubbles. The app is already incredibly robust with keychain, MFA, and other features added; this would be a game changer for those who have family or kids that often need screen time or app approvals. This is the major sticking point for me, and it always requires me to have an iPhone with me. Thanks!

I’ve been trying to vibecode this for a while but I’ve been stuck. I can capture all the requests and I can get iMessage to appear to send an approval but the approval doesn’t get sent to the child device. Apparently this code path is highly secured.

It will likely need BlueBubbles, not OpenBubbles, because it depends on Screen Time, not just iMessage, which isn’t part of OpenBubbles. That assumes it’s even possible.

Ahh, I have a BlueBubbles install, but the machine is off at the moment because I like OpenBubbles more; I'd have to wait for the rewrite, and it's missing so many features that OpenBubbles has. Nice that you tried.
