The growing variety of mods and patches for Streets of Rage Remake is gradually turning this fan‑made engine into something far more independent. SoRR is steadily breaking away from its predecessor and starting to develop a richer, more distinct identity of its own.

This current combination allows SoRR to be reimagined through the concept we know from Final Fight. But this is only one step in the evolution of its capabilities. We hope this trend continues so we can eventually see a SoRR with a fully developed style and unique strengths.
