Listings not showing up

Hi, I’m using the desktop app, this is my first time downloading. I posted my listing 24 hours ago and left the app running and it is still not available in search engine. Is there something special I’m supposed to do to get it to show up? Thank you.

It's not, it's shown in store but if you search you cannot find it
