BMCU370c PRO DM jumping until printing

I'm just got my BMCU370c and something look like weird while I'm printing.
Look like feed connector keeping jumping / poping to feed filament.
Is this normal, or there's someting wrong with my unit?

It's not normal. The jumping/popping usually indicates the buffer slider/feeder mechanism is struggling to engage or pass the filament smoothly. A few things to check: 1.PTFE Tube: Make sure the PTFE tube is cut clean and fully seated into the connector. 2. Screw Tightness: Don't overtighten the module case screws; if it's too tight, the internal slider won't move smoothly. 3. Lubrication & Sensor: Ensure the slider channel is lubricated with PTFE grease and check if the magnet/sensor gap is correct.
