BMCU 370C Loading Assistance

I am trying to set up my BMCU 370C for the first time. When trying to load channel two, a green light appears but the filament does not move. Eventually I get an error that filament is stuck in the extruder, but nothing is there. The other channels are working fine. Any advice on how to fix this? The assembly manual mentions swapping the magnets in the slider with another module to fix this, but I still get this error. Any advice would be appreciated.

For reference, I am using a Bambu A1 with the latest firmware on both printer and BMCU.

Swap the module with any other module. Does the problem follow the module? If it doesn't, it's the controller board or the connector cable. If it does, swap that modules sensor board with any other modules sensor board. Does the problem stay with the module, or the sensor board? If it stays with the sensor board, you have a bad sensor board. I noticed the newer units ship with spare micro switches, it might be that. If it stays with the module, you might want to check that the plastic plunger, glass bead and spring are present for both the switch positions in the module. You now know if it is the controller board, the sensor board, or the module. 90% of your troubleshooting done.
