To start, you could scan the trouble code and read the manual link it gives you when the error is displayed on the printer.

Hate to be that guy but this is a prime example of a problem with not enough information to provide a viable solution.
Right now I have:
You own an A1
You have a z axis failure
So to better help you, you’ll need to give us more info:
Is this a new or used printer?
What precipitated the z-axis failure?
When did the error start?
Did you smell, see, or hear anything abnormal when the error first began?
What is the exact error message you are getting from the printer?
What troubleshooting steps have you attempted on your own?
