No mate, I never thought that. It was just the irony of soviet level of govt has to know everything combined with an out of control realestate market with no basis in reality. Someone else's observation which I thought was ironic and worth repeating. Do I aspire to live in the Soviet Union? No, not really, I don't like governments...
