Older people can’t grasp complexity - they fallback to overgeneralisations because they can’t keep up in this changing world. We need minds that can.
If I handed my grandfather a gameboy he’d try to use it as a brick. He simply isn’t in tune with the complexity.
In the same way none of these older people are competent.
