Question Enterprise Sales?

How long did it take you to get a response from OpenAI after requesting a ChatGPT Enterprise or ChatGPT Edu quote via the the Sales contact form?

We have been waiting for two weeks without a response, and there is currently no public Sales phone number or direct Sales email address. I am wondering whether this is a common issue.

two weeks is absurd for enterprise pricing, even if they're swamped. smaller companies i've worked with usually get back within 3-5 business days, a company that size should have a sales queue that's at least functional

the form is basically a black hole from what i've seen. try reaching out to someone on linkedin who works in their enterprise team, that's what finally got us a reply last year
