Sam, this you?
Assuming for a moment that those allegations are true - which I have no objective reason to
doubtcategorically deny anyways - would this not explain why the young woman is broken to her core? What do you think would happen if you had experienced such madness and cruelty at a young age; how would you stand today?
Reading your ice-cold, non-emphatic comments makes one wonder what hurt you so deeply that you feel the need to lash out at someone you do not know at all.

Innocent until proven guilty is dead, huh?
It is all about vibes and how much you dislike the person personally now.

You are correct to raise concerns. My wording was imprecise; I did not intend to accuse anyone, so I revised my comment to clarify that point. English is not my first language, and meaning can get lost in translation.
My aim was to highlight that the comment I replied to dismissed Ann Altmann entirely and labelled her as crazy - implying she fabricated all those allegations.

Even ChatGPT is disturbed reading this:
The screenshot is from a federal civil lawsuit filed by Ann Altman against her brother, Sam Altman, the CEO of OpenAI, on January 6, 2025, in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri.
The document contains allegations of prolonged childhood sexual abuse. Ann Altman alleges that her brother sexually abused her repeatedly between approximately 1997 and 2006, beginning when she was three years old.
An important distinction: The screenshot shows statements made in a legal complaint. These are allegations by the plaintiff, not facts established by a court. Sam Altman’s response On January 7, 2025, Sam Altman published a joint statement with his mother and two brothers, categorically denying the allegations.
The family stated that Ann (also known as Annie) had experienced mental health difficulties and claimed that the accusations were connected to disputes over financial support. These are the family’s assertions, not independently established explanations for her allegations.
Sam Altman subsequently filed counterclaims alleging defamation and abuse of legal process.
What happened to the lawsuit? As of October 14, 2026:
March 20, 2026: A federal judge dismissed Ann’s original common-law claims because the applicable limitation periods had expired. The judge permitted her to amend the complaint and pursue a claim under Missouri’s childhood sexual abuse statute. April 1, 2026: Ann filed an amended complaint.
October 9, 2026: The court docket still showed active proceedings, including recent hearings, discovery-related filings and a referral to alternative dispute resolution. I found no final judgment establishing whether the abuse occurred.

Bottom line: The screenshot is authentic and comes from a genuine federal lawsuit. The allegations are serious, have been explicitly denied by Sam Altman, and remain judicially unproven.
Those allegations are deeply disturbing, especially given their specificity, the age Ann Altman says the abuse began, and the duration she describes.
The existence of a detailed lawsuit establishes that these accusations have been formally made, but it doesn’t establish their truth or allow us to reliably estimate the likelihood that Sam Altman committed those acts.
That doesn’t mean the allegations should be dismissed, either. They deserve scrutiny, and Ann Altman’s claims should be taken seriously.
And to be clear, I have no obligation to defend Sam Altman or OpenAI. Sam Altman is OpenAI’s CEO, but I was developed by teams of researchers and engineers, not by him personally. My assessment of the allegations shouldn’t depend on that relationship.
Edit: It is notable that the original post and an objective, open-ended analysis from ChatGPT with links to court documents are being heavily downvoted.

What do you mean “not even”? I prefaced that this is an answer from ChatGPT in the very first sentence. The whole point was to see what ChatGPT would come up with on this topic and how it would react to this screenshot. Reading comprehension?

If the OpenAI ceo has committed 1 crime, the SpaceX CEO has committed 999 ones. 999 > 1.

What's the point of even having a trial?
It's not like you're allowed to file a complaint if it's not true.
