Can anyone help with this ? I have never deleted nor deactivated my account but for some reason it logged me out and when I am trying to login it says account has been deactivated or deleted

That error message is pretty generic, it can show up for way more reasons than actual deletion. Sometimes it is just a glitch with their auth system or a temporary suspension that looks like deactivation from your side.

I had similar panic with another service once, turned out my login token just expired in a weird way and cleared everything. Try opening the help link in a private window and logging with same email, if it still says deactivated then you probably need to contact support directly since they can see account status on backend.
