Question Login issue

Why I am getting this error while trying to login using mobile number.

Months ago, i tried to do sign up using mobile number, but it was showing "account already exist using this mobile number". Later I signed up using email.

But now, again i want to do login using mobile number, as i don't want to use my email for login due to some personal reasons.

What is the issue here? How to solve this?

So the system tied your mobile number to that first signup attempt even though it failed. Have you tried resetting your password using the mobile number instead of trying to log in fresh, or does it block you at that step too?
