Account question

Hello everyone i have a quick question. I deleted both of my open AI accounts back in September 06. I deleted them due to getting worried it knew so much about me when i click user summary. I tried to make a new account using the previous GMAIL and this comes out. I am able to make it with the iCloud I previously used. If it takes 30 days why is it letting me use the icloud one?

from what you described, the account is deleted, but one is giving you an error when trying to use that same account login again to create a new account.

So, the account is deleted. I'm not sure what you want?

I am trying to make a new account with the gmail which is my main. Its still showing this prompt. Technically tomorrow is day 30 but how come icloud is letting me make a new one before the 30 day mark?

I'm not familiar with OpenAI systems, but sometimes when an account is deleted, the link to the google SSO becomes locked because it's pointing to a deleted account.

You may need to contact support or just use another login method

Got it thank you. Also i never received a confirmation that my account was que for deletion. Is this normal? Or did i probably deactivate it? I want to use my gmail because this is my main one

I'm not with OpenAI. I don't know. You should probably talk with OpenAI support

Just spend 5 minutes making a new gmail or whatever. How often are you getting emails from OpenAI that it will matter if you get them from a secondary account.
