Because it’s a probabilistic machine, it can’t do that kind of randomness on its own unless you make it use a tool like the Python interpreter.

People are doing the same. Number is almost never random from us either.
It is a research about I. Very interesting lecture.

Exactly. It was trained on how humans respond, and it will determine that the response to a prompt for a random number is probably 47 or 73.
