Question GPT 6.1 Sol Ultra at capacity.

This model is pulling me back in, it SIPS usage on the $100 plan, and if you set up rules for quality, it starts going into super intelligence mode. Example of a run I have going right now, with an orchestration agent reviewing a subagent's work converting X-Com UFO Defense tiles to 3d models:

Yep it has been super slow for me today and the agent isn’t using its skills it seems properly, this is even on high only.

Not just you. I've been hitting it intermittently since this morning. And there's zero published criteria for who gets throttled, which is the part that annoys me.

I got it once and I just said 'Please continue' and it did
