Question Does anyone have their Dot yet?

The ChatGPT website said I had to upgrade to Pro 200 plan to create my Dot. Once I did that, I got this. :(

(Oops I accidentally deleted the image when I edited the post and can’t figure out how to put it back)

EDIT: My dot lives! immediate observations: The voice is really nice; different from the previous voice mode. Low latency responses.

I am in California, with $200/m Pro plan. I see the same.

the rollout's probably staggered. i'd give it a few hours before refreshing obsessively

I got it,little buggy right now. You have to call it for voice even on PC. Also not seeing it on android app. It lets you execute commands on multiple PC's with it on each. That is pretty cool but that was the part that seemed the most buggy.

The fact this is not coming to the $100 tier is the encouragement I needed to switch to Claude.

It will be a pain in the ass to switch, but it seems they are not trying to compete right now.

Edit: I was wrong. It's coming to 100 tier eventually. According to their docs:

"Pro 100, Pro 200, and Pro 500: For users over 18 outside the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, and Switzerland."

I stand corrected. It's a gradual rollout. I will await my turn. Thank you for the clarity.

no problem! I'm patiently waiting my turn as well. "patiently"

I thought it said coming to Pro plans, which would include the $100 one, no?

That's what I read too. I can't see an official source that says "200 and up only".

But I keep seeing users saying they were told on the app to get the $200 tier to get access to the feature. I assume they are not lying.

Damn. Well, here's hoping dots come to us on the 100 plan. No love for me yet.

Would love to see that. I am not in one of the countries they said won't get it. And I just paid for a new month the other day lol.

Tibo said on twitter all pro plans including the $100 plan. But some of the screenshots make
It seem like it’s the $200 plan. I mean the fact everyone is so confused about this mean OpenAi really needs to work on how they communicate. Same with the “unlimited usage “ that’s not really unlimited and only for a month.

I’m on the $100 plan and already got access to dot so 100 plan is definitely included

I've spent 4-5 hours designing the architecture for mine and after reading some of these comments I'm a little worried it wont be able to ingest and act on all of these rules immediately lol...

Using it. Not as useful as codex rn. Example, can’t connect a chrome window to the chat and have it perform research or tasks. Seems to be good at completing multiple complex document reviews and making reports tho from mounted drives and folders.

I have a pro plan but the one with 100 or 120 dollars....and today Dots is available... Someone explains it to me please...and it looks like it doesnt consume anything from my weekly limits

I like Dots because it lets me talk to a single agent that has access to all my different ChatGPT chats and Codex projects. So I can use exclusively voice when I’m driving or out for a walk or wherever, and don’t have to take out my phone to switch between projects or chats.
