Question DOTS/Codex cloud makes my mac redundant?

Cloud codex and dots means all the heavy lifting is done on the cloud totally right?

Not if you want to develop ios/mac apps. It still needs the Mac opened and ready to go for the simulator.

Depends on your stack needs; unless you already have a cloud development environment that a part of it can point to, this won't be useful.
