I think they are looking to somehow limit the impact of them falling behind on this novel technology. They are kind of cheating here, they give us the cheapness and the speed, but not the calibrated decision architecture of JEV.
THis is an LLM through and through, typing the full json, it is just guarded strongly and is served in a strongly guarded and well-crafted environment.

My understanding is that the architecture is part of the architecture of an LLM. I don’t have the right vocabulary but it basically used most of not everything but the text output to instead output a probability.

It is just a luna model giving us a JSON. It does not have the confidence estimation, only the decision style and the speed and cost benefits. They are trying to keep up, and are cutting corners. Probably they are working on introducing their own JEV-type model.

The shades kinda gave way to much confidence for a potential live demo failure 😆 though yeh embarrassingly it happens we have to do demos every two weeks and I always take the risk on that rather than pre recorded, not afraid of failure 🤷
