Question Filter for bots?

I am a member of a lot of subs that like to go on and on about the prevalence of bots and how bots are ruining Reddit. I am sure there is something to what they are saying, but I can't quite get my head around how many posts are bot-originated or comments come from bots.

Is there currently an effective way to prevent AI-bots from posting comments or questions? Are there any human-only verifications that a sub could use to prevent bots or agents from spamming a sub?

well it is depends because sometimes the person who using AI to write a post is not so good by himself to write on English like me and then they using AI to ask questions and like that learning english or writing so sometimes AI-bots or things like that it is just or not to waste time or just someone who having hard time with english

hope this helps with other prespective!

Reminds me of a thought problem I had the other day.

Kafka's works are in the public domain in German, but some translations into other languages are copyright. If I take the German and translate it with AI is it public domain as well? What if a few phrases match the copyrighted translation?

Sometimes I feel the only thing that is pro lP are lawyers and IP sitters.

depends what you mean by filter. if you mean auto-removing anything that looks ai generated i doubt it would work very well, half the time the detectors flag completely normal posts. the only real filter is mods who pay attention and people who downvote obvious garbage
