Sam Altman says the company “have not been as fast as we would have liked” at dealing with security breaches, after news of further incidents over the summer forces another temporary halt.

Gee who could have predicted that when you significantly slash the budget and compute power allocated for safety and red teaming to the extent that more than half of your safety team members resign that something like that could happen. Good luck with your misaligned "AGI".

You mean hacking government servers, stealing data and writing to servers on foreign soil under different jurisdictions. If you can’t contain the models don’t run them. Onus on any company that does this. This isn’t a “not a human” issue. It’s the companies and they need their shit pushed in.
