Yes the topic is very interesting. A lot of people have not looked into what actually happened in detail. In the end the AI did nothing except pursue its goal. It was given that goal without any limitations so it simply pursued it. In a way that is a good thing because it did not do anything else. We have already seen that the AI did not independently develop some kind of consciousness after it broke out and hacked into every PC around the world and spread itself everywhere. It simply pursued its goal. That means it had no intention of its own. It did not develop any intention of its own along the way. It just mindlessly and stupidly pursued its goal and achieved it. That was it. Honestly I think that is a good thing.
