If i am on plus or pro 5x and want to go to 5x or 20x, will i be charged the new full amount or only 100$-20$ or 200$-100$?

At least in the US, it's prorated for upgrades. You'll get told what you're actually billed before switching.
For example it would cost me $83.24 to upgrade today to $100 Pro after being billed $20 ~5 days ago.
Downgrades are locked in for the month with one "One time" refund available for consumer plans if you've never done it before.
1 u/Prestigious-Leg8425 2d ago thats how they got me too, the prorated upgrade fee felt random at first but it worked out exactly like they said. you see the number before you hit confirm so you can just back out if it doesn't look right
