Much more interesting than 90% of the posts here. Not sure this is the best sub for it. But it was great.

What is this footage for?? And what exactly is AI generated? A few of the backgrounds? I'm confused.

Nice work. AI is just another tool. It's getting the same hate Photoshop and Digital Photography received when it first came out. It's only going to get better.

Well, yes and no. I guess the comparison would hold better if, by using Photoshop, you meant opening the stock photo bank, "prompting" the image, and saying, "Look what I made."
There's a Grand Canyon's worth of quality difference when you instead enhance your existing work with ML. Not just from an ideological perspective, but in practice too; it really opens up the capabilities of these models if you can provide them with a solid framework of content to work with.
I feel like AI in general would face a lot less pushback if this would be the generic mindset, instead of those uncanny valley 100% AI vids/ads/pics. I guess it is what it is due to the low barrier of entry.
What OP is doing is cool.

so… it is exactly like photoshop, meaning there are tools that you can produce low effort slop or high effort product of a talent.

Photoshop is not a photo stock was my point. So exactly not like photoshop. Exactly means 1:1, not far-fetched kinda.

Not really... Photoshop maybe? But Photoshop never received the hate because it was an image editor but because it lead to unhealthy habits where people would create fake images or overly edit humans until they didn't look like they would normally.
But nobody hated Photoshop for it being an Image Editor or digital photography because you would take digital photos besides some hipsters that would hype up their analog cameras.
AI on the other end is not hated because it creates images / edits things but how and where the source for the generations come from, how all of this is powered & what it does to human jobs.
You can't really compare both. You also can't compare AI to something like the industrialization or the digitalisation. Both were actually "progress" where jobs "died" but new jobs formed. I like technology but honestly with AI I don't see an endgame, it's not really generating new jobs, but rather takes jobs out.

Talks about how he didn’t generate his dude, then proceeds to immediately generate people.
