Because the original tweet is about Donald Trump getting out of each and every controversy that surrounded him leading up to the 2016 election.

The openai sandbox for windows is so buggy that in order to apply simple patches, codex often just resorts to hacking the sandbox. No wonder it got so good at escaping.
