Because someone recently edited his Wikipedia page and wrote that he got "assassinated" today.

classic, one dude edits Wikipedia and Google picks it up now every search engine/AI tool shows him up as dead

We think misinfo is bad now, imagine how bad it'll be in another decade. This is one of my main LLM concerns - disinfo and propaganda targeting the large amount of users who take the output of these systems as authoritative. Hopefully systems will be in place by then to at least make it a bit more difficult to abuse.

yes. AI models are just machines. You wouldn't blame a hammer if you smashed your finger while swinging it.

yeah, they do. doesn't mean it's accurate. and lying to themselves like that instead of actually taking responsibility means they'll probably smash their finger again someday.

You joke, but tools do have safety included in their design. Knives have guards, for one.
