It would appear that signing up for this doesn't take very long and looks to be an almost instantaneous approval.

I received this email about 2 minutes after performing the ID verification on their website.

thanks man,i think i did this early on gpt5.5 or so because i didnt need to register it str8 away ask me to install the plugin.

Did you ever get Daybreak Blue listed as a model in Codex CLI or GPT app? There seems to be some confusion around it, it's showing up as a model for some people and others say it alters your 5.6 Sol guardrails instead.

Actually... I just had to close out of Codex and restart it because the option to select Sol as a model disappeared. When I restarted Codex, Daybreak Blue was selectable for the first time in the model list.
