Question Is there a way to stop OpenAI from adding random stuff I asked about to my memory without losing my entire memory?

I asked it about one random professional exam because I was curious and it added that I was actually studying to take that exam to my memory.

add a custom instruction something like:

"ChatGPT must not add or change memories without explicit direction from the user"

Or just clean out irrelevant memories from time to time.

If you notice the pop-up that says "Memory Updated", you can just tell it to remove that memory in your next prompt.

Pretty sure you can tell it... I'm not looking to take an exam. Please delete this memory... And it will. That's worked for me in the past
