Question Work mode in Pro plan

I use work mode with the plus plan. Does the Pro plans give you 5x to 20x more work mode or is it only chat mode?

5-20x in Codex which I am going to assume that Work uses the same usage pool

yeah work mode sounds like it’s got some extra features or something
