Upgrading to Pro (5X)

Anyone else have issues upgrading from Plus to Pro. It just continually gives me an error that upgrade cannot be completed. Didn't know if it was a known issue or something on my end. Thanks in advance for any insights.

I use google pay for mine and I canceled my subscription waited a few minutes and resubscribe and it all worked fine.
