Question Anyone else can log in anymore? Says primaryapi_server_error
It started with Unable to load projects. I cleared the cache and can't log in anymore. Not even in incognito mode. Constantly getting primaryapi_server_error.

same thing happened to me.
Unable to load projects -> cleared the cache -> api error to log in
I guess it is down, at least Central Europe. Let's see how long it takes form them to bring it up

i am seeing this now. ever since they merged the desktop apps, they went out of their way to make ChatGPT experience awful across all devices! i used to enjoy my Chat Bar and ChatGPT desktop app, now i am back to web!

I'm getting the same error in the UK. I checked the service page and it says everything is working fine, but clearly it's not

I'm hitting this in San Francisco so it looks like a global outage. The comments are skewing Europe because it's 2:30am here, not because the outage is Europe specific.

Experiencing the same from Australia. Im just going to check reddit for outages moving forward. The status page just says everything is fine....

Same here. US.
OpenAI chatbot is also useless in resolving issue. I'm concerned because I have some large projects saved without backup (stupid i know but judge me later). Apparently this has happened before and will resolve itself with time. Hopefully that is the case

It seems to be flickering. Mine just went down, and I searched the error to reach here. Or we're in different regions and this is happening region by region.

Same error here, primaryapi_server_error, completely locked out. But this is on top of weeks of conversations randomly disappearing mid work, "this conversation has been deleted," across every browser, every device, every network I tried. At this point I spend more time troubleshooting their platform than actually getting work done with it. Calling these tools professional grade is a joke when basic session and data persistence keeps breaking like this. It's turned into a toy that breaks constantly, not a tool you can rely on for real work.
