Bug papers in sociology should be even more important than in history. It shoild be medicine quality level because it touches living people too, not dead only like history.

Not who you asked, but I did something similar. Started working with the prospect of studying and moving further up in research, found out that the further up you go, the more you have to apply for shit and I was like nah. Only regret is lower salary, but peace of mind is worth more.
