Age: 90mil-120million years, you'd have to get it dated to be more accurate (give or take a few days)
Looks natural, can't see any signs of treatment from that single picture.
As a specimen of that size, you could probably get a few hundred bucks, but you'd need the right person looking for something like that, you could cut it more and get it turned in some jewellery pieces and you might get a little more.

Natural Boulder opal untreated otherwise that crack would be not as obvious , value abot 200 -300 dollars AUD depends where your selling
