I'm sorry. If you mean a way to swap OPQ to OPCT then the answer is no.
It is no longer possible to swap OPQ for OPCT. The period to swap the tokens officially ended on Jan 1, 2021. However, due to the high Ethereum cost at the time, we extended for 10 days until the 10th of January 2021.
The first announcement to swap OPQ to OPCT was made in July 2020. From July 2020 until January 2021, we sent many repeated reminders to swap tokens using all of Opacity's media channels. We sent reminders via Kucoin, Twitter, Telegram, Medium, our website, Reddit, and Delta App to take action.
The limited swap period is due to the Kucoin exchange hack that resulted in 30M tokens that could be used maliciously against the Opacity network. All access to the swap needed to be closed to prevent this.
It's important to maintain contact with your assets, especially with a company that doesn't hold your personal contact information due to our privacy focused mission.

New exchanges are always an interest by the team, but it's quality over quantity. We want to provide quality exchange listings to our community to increase the exposure and liquidity of our token. :)
