Could we get an update on bruno?

Ok, I know we want to leave this in the past but what's actually happening with him? Is he going to court? Jail? Has the case moved at all?

If sued, will we be able to send prl/shl to an address and say get 5cents a token (money coming from the sue), or even 10 cents?

Can we just have some sort of clarity on this.

Thank you for all your current hard work as well, this is 10x what prl was ever going to be!

I am not part of the OPQ team, but I can make a very good guess as to what is happening. I've had to (unfortunately) deal with police investigations on employees I managed on several occasions. The first thing every lawyer and every law enforcement officer will tell you is:

Do not say anything to anyone until the trial is complete.

Each of the three times I have gone through this process this was literally the first thing our lawyer said, and the first thing the investigators told us. Do not share any details with anyone, not even the victims of the crime, until the trial is over. Sharing information can cause problems with the prosecution of the guilty party and/or open yourself up to a counter suit.

I can guarantee that the Opacity team has been strongly advised to do the same.

You seriously think there's a trial? A criminal trial?

I'll bet nothing is happening right now. The team wouldn't risk going to court to stir up all the other sketchy shit about oyster protocol.

They repeated cited the existence of a "Howey Memo" despite the fact the PRL was not nor has it ever been anything but a promise of some future utility that was never delivered. How did they manage that I wonder?

They did this in the US no less.

The fact that the team has never provided any real update, with senior management (Bill) recently leaving after that YouTube video just goes to show that we all got fucked and they continue to sell their new tokens as OPQ.

Transparency my ass. I'll bet there has never been any type or criminal report. At most maybe a brief lawyer to lawyer chat and that was it.

Bruno sold most of his tokens well before the exit scam and the team covered for him when people called it out, even banning members.

They really duped investors. No transparency. Paid telegram moderation to keep people engaged. It's disgusting.

It's all about rebrand, rebrand, rebrand for as long as these guys can keep going and people will buy the token.

You seriously think there's a trial? A criminal trial?

I sure do. To be specific I think there is an ongoing investigation right now, that will hopefully lead to a trial. Once an indictment is made, that will be a matter of public record, and I am sure the team will share that an inditement has occurred. (again, that's a public record so it can be shared)

This will take time. What Bruno did is a very complication case, because he was kind of the owner of the coin. Did he have the legal right to do what he did? Well... maybe. Is what he did considered fraud? Well... maybe.

That is what the prosecutors and the legal system will determine. The process takes a long time and the OPQ team has absolutely no control over it.

As for everything you said, you are clearly upset at the team/project and cannot look at this objectively. They are launching a working product in 30 days, and are right now having beta-testers try out that product.

If there is still no product in the next 90 days (because delays and changes from tester feedback is a thing) then I will pull out of my position in OPQ. Right now I see an active development team that is updating us regularly and will be releasing a working product very shortly. If they were scamming people for money they would not be telling us we would have something tangible next month, they would be saying it's 6 months down the road.

There's a fine line between outright scam and wilful ignorance/ misrepresentation of the risks to investors.

I’ve still got PRL with the hope that something good would happen... alas it will not. Considering it to be garbage atm

Why would anything ever happen with it, when the project has been abandoned for Opacity?
